Questions about plans
How does the free week work?
Eve+ yearly starts with 7 days free. You're charged $59.99 when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. Eve+ monthly starts right away at $7.99 a month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open your plan in the app and choose “Manage subscription”. Eve+ stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and then your account goes back to Free.
What happens to my book if Eve+ ends?
It stays yours, every chapter of it. Eve goes back to 5 questions a week, and you can keep writing as much as you like. You can still download all your data whenever you want.
Do I pay again for the phone app?
No. Eve+ belongs to your account, not a device. Sign in to the iPhone or Android app with the same account and your book and your plan come with you.
Is my story used to train AI?
No. Your book is private to your account. Eve's writing is done by AI models under terms that don't allow training on your data.
