Overview
Ever Journal sells one digital subscription, Eve+, and no physical goods. This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work, and what to do if something about a charge looks wrong.
Subscription billing
Eve+ costs $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year. Purchases are processed by RevenueCat with Stripe on the web, by the Apple App Store on iPhone and iPad, and by Google Play on Android; we never see your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You're charged at the start of each period.
Free trial
Eve+ yearly starts with 7 days free for new subscribers. You're charged $59.99 when the trial ends unless you cancel before then; cancel during the trial and you won't be charged at all. Eve+ monthly starts right away, without a trial.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future charges: Eve+ stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and then your account goes back to Free. Your book and everything you've written stay yours.
- On the web: open your plan in the app and choose “Manage subscription”.
- On iPhone or iPad: in your App Store subscriptions.
- On Android: in your Google Play subscriptions.
Refunds
We don't offer refunds for subscription fees already paid, including the unused part of a billing period, except where the law requires it or the store you bought through provides one. For example, consumers in some places have a right to cancel digital services within a set period.
If you bought on iPhone, iPad or Android, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
If you bought on the web and think you're owed a refund, write to [email protected] with your account email and the date of the charge. We'll reply within 5 business days.
Billing questions and disputes
If a charge looks wrong, please write to us first at [email protected] and we'll sort it out. If we can't, you can contact your payment provider (Stripe, Apple or Google). An account may be paused while a chargeback or payment dispute is open.
